Temporary list closure for Fort House Surgery.

Since May 2016, due to capacity issues, we have had to make the difficult decision to close our list to new registrations.

We are unable to take any new registrations until further notice, unless you fall into the following categories:

  • New baby to parents already registered with the practice
  • First degree relative living at same address as someone already registered with us

Under guidelines from the NHS England, we are not permitted during the time we are closed to register any patients, unless they fall into the above categories.
